1.Shipping Time and Rules
1.1 Estimated Shipping Time

Expedited Shipping: 3-7 working days

Standard Shipping (Registered Mail): 12-30 working days

Please note:

There are estimated delivery time only, so Dolphin RC can not guarantee an exact delivery time.
The estimated delivery time may be longer if any battery is included in your order.
If an item is out of stock, typically it takes 1-2 or more weeks to ship.
Incorrect information that objects to the below 1.5 Address Information Requirement may result in unsuccessful delivery and delays in receiving your package.

1.2 Track Package

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number (you need to register Dolphin RC website when placing the order).

Or log in to your Dolphin RC account and look at your order history which will show if it was shipped and provide a tracking link, if available, given your selected shipping methods. If your order status shows shipped but you do not see tracking that means your order is packaged and will be shipped shortly. If your status is processing it means that we have received your order and will be shipping as soon as possible.

You can also enter the tracking number to check your package shipment status below. Please contact Dolphin RC customer support for help if you are not able to track it.

1.3 Batteries Shipping

Some countries or remote regions are forbidden to ship stand-alone batteries due to restricted Customs rules.

We will notify you if we are unable to ship batteries to your location. For expedited shipping like DHL, stand-alone batteries are prohibited to be shipped.Devices packed with less than or equal to two batteries like drones are available to be shipped. Devices in which Batteries contained like transmitters or goggles are accepted to be shipped without limits.

Battery Type Definitions

Stand-alone: Package ONLY contains batteries or cells; NO equipment
Packed with: Package contains equipment + cells or batteries that are NOT installed in the equipment. For example, BNF drones with batteries or RTF drone kits.
Contained in: Package has lithium batteries contained in equipment (properly installed in the equipment they are intended to operate). For example, radio transmitter or goggles.

1.4 List of Countries or Region That Prohibit From Importing Drones or Batteries

Choosing standard shipping will be restricted.

Asia: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, Oman

Africa: South Africa

Region(Prohibit batteries): Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO

Note: It will be available for drones shipment if you would like to choose expedited shipping like DHL.

1.5 Address Information Requirement

For orders from below countries or regions below, address information has specially required. Please carefully read the following information. Incorrect information may result in unsuccessful delivery and delays in receiving your package.

Special Regions: Orders with military or government addresses in Russia and Ukraine cannot be shipped. We reserve right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Ukraine: Due to logistical restrictions, we are currently unable to ship any drones including any FPV Kits to Ukraine while batteries, frames, and other accessories can still be shipped.

Germany: Please ensure that the street address and house number information is provided in full. Omissions are not allowed.

Japan: Please provide the full street address and house number information. Abbreviations with only numbers are not permitted.

Australia: Please provide the correct postal code that matches the city, and ensure that the city name is written correctly without any omissions or abbreviations. Search postcodes for all suburbs and locations around Australia here. (https://auspost.com.au/postcode)

Hong Kong or Macao: Please fill address and name in Chinese (traditional).

Taiwan: Please fill address and name in Chinese (traditional), and provide personal ID number due to Customs requirement.

South Korea: Please provide personal clearance code. You can apply for it from the below link if you do not have one. https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/index.do

Brazil: Please provide your tax number (CPF) in your address.

Chile: Please provide your individual tax number in your address.

India: Please provide your Adhaar Card/Pan Card/KYC number in your address. Provide tax number if you place order as company.

PO Boxes/APO/FPO Addresses: Shipments to PO Boxes, APO, FPO may be declined.

1.6 Dolphin RC Assume No Responsibility For Delayed Or Rejected Orders Due To The Following Reasons

  • Shipping time might be delayed for 3-7 days for transportation to remote regions. It might be 7 days longer if ships to islands area like Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canary Islands etc.
  • Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusing to receive, etc.
  • Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
  • Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
  • The consignee address is a school, hotel, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access. Please provide a permanent street address.

    *Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact Dolphin RC customer support in a timely manner.

2.Shipping Method and Fee

2.1 Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be charged $5 on orders of $20 – $98.99; charged $10 on orders of less than $20. (Shipping fee will be different when delivering to remote countries/regions.)

Products with big volume are excluded from free shipping rule due to dimensional weight calculated by shipping company.

2.2 Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping service worldwide including islands area. The shipping fee will be shown on the check-out page once the expedited shipping method is chosen.

Note: Purchasers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, customs clearance and other costs incurred when choosing expedited shipping.

2.3 Additional Shipping Fee

There are certain situations where you may be required to pay extra shipping fees.

Expedited Shipping with Batteries: When choosing expedited shipping and placing an order that includes more than 2 batteries, which unfollows the 1.3 Batteries Shipping policy, an extra shipping fee will be applied to cover the separate shipping of the batteries.

Reshipping Costs: Packages returned due to incorrect customer-provided addresses or the customs clearance cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, need to be reshipped will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

RETURN POLICY

Request a Return/Exchange online with Dolphin RC customer support.

Dolphin RC offers a (14) day return policy on all new, unopened equipment and a (30) day warranty and exchange beginning on the day the customer receives the product(s).

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing once it arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.

The consumer will be awarded an exchange once Dolphin RC customer assistance has accepted the request.

Who will bear the freight incurred when returning the goods:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

New and Unused Product

DolphinRC offers a (14) day return policy on all new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer.  Anything beyond (14) days of delivery will not be eligible for return.  If the product(s) received have been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered.  If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a (15%) restocking fee will be applied.  The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by DolphinRC (It is recommended to choose a return shipping method with tracking).

For returns on New and Unused Product, we require that items are brand new with no signs of use.  Packaging needs to be undamaged and fully intact and contain included accessories, cables, batteries, manuals, etc.  We require proof of a new condition with high-quality photos or a high-quality video showing that item(s) is in new condition with all included accessories. Warranty seal(s) need to be intact on the packaging.  In the case that the item(s) is returned and the condition is not in New and Unused or included accessories are missing, the return will not be completed and the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.

Return the Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product(s) from us, please contact Dolphin RC customer service within 14 days, and we will help you to solve out.  Also, if you return the wrong product(s), the wrong product(s) should be in unused condition.

Dolphin RC will resend the right product(s) to you after receiving the package you return.

Quality Issues

If a problem occurs from a defect in the product an exchange or store credit will be issued a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty.  Dolphin RC holds the right to refuse any products which have been deemed to be damaged by the customer and not related to a manufacturer issue.

If a problem occurs from a manufacturer defect, a replacement or store credit will be offered.  Products purchased from Dolphin RC official website are covered by a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty.  Dolphin RC holds the right to refuse any products damaged by the customer and unrelated to a manufacturer issue.  Problems with the below situation will not be covered by a (30) day warranty.

Issues caused by flashing third party firmware not approved by Dolphin RC.

Issues caused by tampering with the electronic component on FC, Receiver, TX&TX Module, VTX, or others.

Issues caused by non-recommended parts.

Other issues unrelated to a manufacturer defect diagnosed/detected by Dolphin RC technical support.

General Accessories

Products not specifically listed, such as;  antennas, monitors, hardware, and general accessories are covered by a (30) day manufacture defect warranty.  If a problem occurs from a defect in the product an exchange or store credit will be issued.  DolphinRC holds the right to refuse any products which have been deemed to be damaged by the customer and not related to a manufacturer issue.

RTF Kit / BNF Drones

RTF Kit / BNF Drones are covered by a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty. In the occurrence of a malfunction, Dolphin RC will repair or replace it with an original or similar model.  If a replacement model is unavailable a store credit may be issued instead.  Dolphin RC holds the right to refuse any return which shows signs of;  modification, fire/water damage, electrical short, or general misuse.  Dolphin RC suggests examining everything thoroughly before supplying battery power.

FPV Cameras

FPV cameras are covered by a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty.  The warranty does not cover damage from external forces, electrical fire, power surges, water damage, or tampering.  Once approved, an exchange or store credit will be provided.

FPV Goggles

FPV goggles carry a (30) day warranty in the event of a manufacturer defect.  The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any damage caused by drops, wear and tear, water damage, electrical damage, or damage caused by user alterations.  Returns due to “bad fitment” are subject to (%15) restocking fee.

Flight Controllers / ESC / VTX

All flight controllers (FC), electronic speed controllers (ESC), video transmitters (VTX), power distribution boards (PDB), and similar electronic components are covered under a (15) day DolphinRC warranty.  These items are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect.  This policy does not cover any of the following: user error, damage to the components upon install/dismantle, modifications, power surges, electrical fire, or water damage.  (DolphinRC recommends testing all components for shorts before supplying power).

Motors

Motors and servos sold by DolphinRC are covered by a (30) day warranty for manufacturer defects.  If an issue occurs within (30) days;  DolphinRC will exchange the defective product.  If the product is unavailable or has been discontinued, a store credit may be issued.  Motors with physical damage, modifications, or general abuse will not be eligible to receive a credit and will be disposed of.  NOTE** Please check all motor screws for proper length before spinning up.
